Hi Levana, My name is Esther Ginzberg, I live in eretz Yisroel b”h. I asked my mother in law to buy me your new cook book and bring it when she came last month(thank g-d I had no idea it ways sooo much!) I am really really enjoying it. First of all I have been making your chocolate chip cookies for approximately 4 years now, everyone is mad over them. ( I can’t believe you made 1 million for a party once…..)

I just finished making your muffins changes as follows. Double recipe. Soy milk,eggs, 1/2 cocunut oil, 1/2 canola, 1/2 maple syrup, 1/2 date syrup,apples,oats,whole spelt, b powder, b soda, salt,mini choc chip, ground almonds, cinnamon. It’s amazing!! Thanks for helping my family eat healthy.
